Ok, tried it before sa friend ko, nice gtr also. Trying to get a David Gilmour sound, ala "Comfortably Numb" solo gtr tones. Galing talaga ni Gilmour! Not technical pero the solos really say something..and he's a strat user.

wow, nice guitar sir joey ~ subukan nyo sir yung strat deluxe medyo nakakapanibago sa simula kasi compound radius yung fretboard pero mas kumportable sya gamitin kesa sa modern "C" shape na neck.

Merry Christmas! One of the best guitars I've ever owned was a Fender Strat Plus (gold lace sensensors, wilkinson roller nut, tbx tone control, tremsetter) i replaced the bridge pickup with a duncan jb jr for a fatter bridge sound specially for overdriven guitar parts. Too bad I had to let it go :-(  My current axe is also a strat (charvel so-cal style 1 2H) and though it's pretty decent I still miss the off phase twang of the 4th and 2nd pickup selector postion. Hopefully when I get back to gigging this January I'll be able to save enough dough to get me a fat Strat Deluxe® with a rosewood fingerboard (maple gets dirtier the longer you play it) plus compound radius fretboards are really very comfortable, easy chord fretting on the lower registers where it's curved and easy for solos on higher registers where the radius is flatter.

Bai roger ako na lang na imo strat beh hehehe. Unsa man  color ana, murag butter scotch man, natural na nga color sa kahoy? grabe ka gwapa imo gitara ba, 50th anniv nga american standard o mexico na siya?
